# Anime-chan Terms of Service

**To ensure a proper service in your Discord servers, you MUST NOT do these things:**

• Try to spam and trick the bot system to harm the bot.

• Fake the bot name, avatar, description, or anything related to the bot **for any reason.**

• Creating fake Anime-chan to trick people, or do harmful actions.

• Try to exploit or take advantage of Anime-chan bot in any way possible.

• Violate Discord ToS.

• Commercial use of Anime-chan bot or any content within.

• Clearly copy Anime-chan any idea and content of the bot.

**Disclaimer:**

• This bot is created just for the passion of an individual so the bot may have some bugs and errors, please report it at <https://discord.com/invite/wbw> (our support server).\

**Service Termination:**

• We can block you from using the bot, and the bot support server without any notification (most come from your violation).

**Notice:**

• If even a third party uses your account and violates our Terms of Service, we will terminate that account from using our service without any exception or any notification.
